Some people are scared to hire an attorney for their injury claim because they say I do not have the money to hire an attorney. My firm only gets paid if we collect money for our clients, and we never require them to pay hourly fees for personal injury cases. We only get paid if you get paid. The firm's fee can range from 33.33% to over 40% of the recovery that I obtain for you depending upon your specific case. At the time of our initial FREE consultation, we will discuss the fee structure. It is important to note that the Court costs, litigation expenses, and medical bills are paid from the client's share of the recovery. Because of this contingency fee arrangement, I have an incentive to devote my time to your case and do my best, so that you receive the kind of compensation you truly deserve.
