Defective Products

 

There is no question that defective products can be dangerous.  They can  cause death or serious injuries.  There are certain laws in place that make manufacturers responsible to the general public.  These manufacturers have an obligation to adequately protect consumers from defective products.  However, there are laws in place that protect manufacturers and distributors even when the defective product causes harm.   IF you or someone you know has been injured by a defective product, my firm can evaluate your claim and navigate the laws to let you know what your rights are.
